Mother to Mother Support
Step 1: Reaching OutIt begins with a quiet conversation. Once you book your session, I’ll send a gentle intake form to understand where you are in your journey and what you’re hoping to find—whether it’s physical relief, emotional space, or creative reconnection.
Step 2: Intention Setting You are an active participant in your healing. At the start of our time together, we’ll co-create a plan that feels right for your energy that day. We might focus on restorative flow, intuitive art-making, or a blend of both
Healing doesn't end when the session does. We’ll close with a moment of reflection and a simple, manageable "take-home" ritual—like a breathwork technique or a journal prompt—to help you carry that sense of peace back into your daily life.
Step 3: The Practice This is your hour to simply be. I provide the guidance and the tools—be it movement, reiki, or creative healing—to help you quiet the noise of motherhood and listen to your own inner spark in a safe, judgment-free environment.
