A gentle, slow-flow practice designed specifically for the busy mother. We focus on releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and hips while using breathwork to ground the nervous system. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and ready for the week ahead.
The Creative Soul
Where movement meets expression. We begin with a grounding meditation and gentle stretching to open the heart, followed by a guided art session. No "artistic skill" is required—this is about using colour and texture to process the emotions of motherhood in a safe, quiet space.
The Blooming Mother
A sanctuary for you and your growing baby. This class focuses on gentle, somatic movement to ease the physical shifts of pregnancy, paired with breathwork to prepare the mind for birth. It’s a quiet space to bond with your little one and honor the incredible work your body is doing.
The Open Den
Healing belongs to everyone. This is a community-centered space for mothers to come together without the barrier of a fixed price. We begin with a grounding, restorative flow followed by group discussions. Whether you contribute a little, a lot, or just your presence, there is always a seat for you here.
